Update to Client Portal

Hello folks,

Firstly, we hope everyone is having a lovely day. We've been really busy over the past few weeks and we'd love to be more transparent with you.

External Platform Oauth

[Google Oauth] Previously we had issues in which Google Oauth would not proceed to log users in. It would rather return to a blank screen and go no further which meant users would have to type their email and password in every time. You can now resume with single sign-in for Google Oauth.

[Facebook Oauth] You can now sign in using your Facebook profile. We only record the details that you provide us when initially signing in with that platform. As you can imagine, we need common details such as name, address, and contact email/phone number. This information we only keep for ourselves and use to reach out to you.

Client Portal Updates

The client portal has been updated to fix a few display issues and improve performance - overall your experience on our client portal should be much more positive.

Other Business

We are currently working on something huge which we will be announcing in the future as we do believe that our presence outside of Banter Hosting has not been as active as what it used to be. For those of you currently in our Discord we will be also actively working to improve that community space - if you are not in our Discord space, do not worry, it's not you, it's us. We've temporarily paused our invite code and will also announce this later in the future.
