We're sorry to hear that you are thinking about cancelling your active service(s) with us. It is crucial that when you cancel your services with us, that you also need to login to your PayPal and cancel your PayPal Subscription.

Please Note: It is important you cancel your PayPal Subscriptions after cancelling the services through us because failing to do so will result in PayPal automatically sending us the money for the services you have already cancelled.

You may be thinking but where does that money go when I cancel my service yet not my PayPal Subscription? It goes onto your account as credit and can be used for future purchases. We cannot offer a refund on any purchases (Active or Cancelled) unless you contact us within 14 days from when the payment is completed.
