In order to cancel any services with us you must be logged into your account. If you are already logged in or once you are logged in, please follow the steps provided below.

1. Click 'Services' on the navigation bar.
2. Then select 'My Services' on the dropdown menu.
3. Select the service you wish to cancel.
4. On the left hand side, you'll see a tab called 'Actions' and within that tab there is a item titled 'Request Cancellation' select that.
5. From there you can then provide us with a reason (optional - however all feedback is much appreciated), you also have an option to either cancel 'Immediate' or 'End of Billing Period'
6. You can then submit the cancellation request.

Please be aware that if you paid via Paypal, payments for cancelled services may still be taken automatically if you do not cancel your subscription - find out more information.
