How fast will my purchase be processed? Print
Our system automatically will create and setup your services once the payment has been completed. Now there are three outcomes that can happen once you have attempted to pay an invoice, they are as follows:
- The payment gateway detects fraud therefore we have to have a human look and manually verify the payment.
- The payment gateway detects you do not have enough money or entered in-correct details.
- The payment gateway successfully verifys the payment and money has been taken, therefore your payment is complete.
Providing your payment is complete and our fraud system detects no issues, like mentioned above your service will be active immedietly.
When it comes to hosting, if you are upgrading your already active service to another plan, that will be instant and will not provide you with any downtime, which is great!
When it comes to domains. New domain purchases are normally processed instantly, once payment is completed. If your domain wasn't processed right away, please submit a ticket so we can look into this.
However, with domain transfers it might not be as quick. This is due to many factors both internal and external. We do suggest that if your domain is not active after 48 hours, please submit a ticket so we can investigate this for you.
