Introduction

This guide is to assist those that are wanting to connect their database to an external source that is not on the same server as the database. In order to protect the server and clients individual databases you must contact our team and get your external source IP address whitelisted with our firewall.

Guide

1. Login to your Banter Hosting Control Panel using your email address and password.

2. Once you are logged into your account simply Open a Ticket with our team with your external source IP address and we will then check and add it to the firewall whitelist.
